Review lenses

How trips get reviewed

Each lens is one reviewer's brief — a single angle a trip is checked from before it is called done. They are served verbatim from the repo, so an AI agent can fetch the index at /api/lenses and each lens at /.revmux/lenses/<name>.md. The profile that runs these lenses as a review panel is served the same way, at /.revmux/prompts/profiles/trip.md.
